On Tuesday, July 7th there's an opportunity to visit historic Quinta Mazatlan, see some great birds, and learn how to save money in the hotel business - all while using environmentally friendsly products. The event is our monthly meeting of the Hospitality Forum and our speaker is noted environmentalist, Patricia Griffin, CEO of the "Green Hotels Association of America. Patricias's presentation is sub-titled "Saving Money! Crunching Costs! Gaining Guests! and Stop Throwing Money away!" In attendance will be exhibitors from vendors that offer environmentally friendly products useful in hotels like paint, cleaning agents, carpeting, energy etc. We are meeting at Quinta Mazatlan - just because we can! We are excited to have this important conversation in a venue that is devoted to the preservation of our environment, especially the wonderful creatures of the Rio Grande Valley.
