I heard an ad on the radio today for special Valentine's packages at El Patio on Guerra in McAllen. The restaurant will feature a special menu and live music beginning at 2 pm. If you haven't been to this restaurant yet, I highly recommend it. It's on 17th Street in the Entertainment District and has terrific food and a wonderful ambience- laid back and yet upscale.
