It's a gradual process, but we here at the McAllen Chamber of Commerce are changing things up in order to do our part in saving our environment for future generations.
I have taken notice that my colleagues are taking great efforts in recycling and re-using. Way to go, everyone!
Nancy and Maritza are currently organizing the 2nd annual Green Living Festival to be held October 17, 2009. But we also have some exciting stuff leading up to the big event: the Green Living Speaker Series. We have a speaker come in once a month to offer a free seminar on a "green" topic.
Join us Tuesday, June 9th at 5:30pm for a FREE seminar by Barbara Storz. Storz will be talking about Saving Water, Saving Energy in the Landscape.
