During a recent study done for travelers the following are suggestions to avoid the fatgue as a result of long hours on transatlantic flights: Eat light before the trip specially fruits, vegetables and whole wheat bread. Drink water before and during the flight. Avoid carbonate drinks, alcohol and coffee since this kind of drinks tend to dehydrate you.
