Last Saturday, Lucio Tijerina, mayor of Los Herrera Nuevo Leon invited the new board of the Sister Cities Association of Monterrey to a meal at his home, where we enjoyed a delicious “cabrito” in a sauce, rice and “charro” beans
Los Herrera is a municipality that is located in the middle of the road from the tollway from McAllen to Monterrey, so a lot of people tend to go shopping in McAllen.
